A Photon in the Darkness blog discusses the proposed use of nicotine patches as an autism treatment. As an ex-smoker who is very familiar with nicotine withdrawals, this would not be a good candidate for "give it a try" no matter the evidence that it helped, which there doesn't seem to be any.Somewhat Related:
